very tired
Mom has been very lethargic the last three days. They did a chest x-ray and ran a plethora of tests, but so far haven't found anything (at least as far as I know). I visited her briefly earlier today. She was more alert and seems to be getting better, but she's still more tired than I've seen her in weeks.

I am glad to hear that she was better today. I wonder if, maybe, she was a little depressed and that is why she was lethargic for a few days. Please thell her that we are think about her all the time and will come down to visit her soon.

ReplyDeleteJudie, I think you may be right about her depression. She admitting to being sad the other day. I gave her a little pep talk and helped explain a few things about her recovery, encouraged her to keep fighting. It's got to be hard to be there day after day. I wish I could do more.
